| Sige Solar In July I contacted Rich Proseck (Sige Solar’s Sales Rep.) about purchasing a new solar system. I worked with Rich to design a system that would suite my needs. Sige Solar’s quote was for the largest number of solar panels that would fit on my roof so the excess electricity could used for additional electric appliances. Rich and Sige Solar were very helpful in answering my questions about the solar system. They helped educate me on how the whole system would work and gave me confidence that I was making the right decision. I got other quotes for the same size system Sige quoted and found that Sige was competitive. So I purchased the system from Sige Solar since they were a local company and I was impressed with how helpful and informative everyone was. The solar system has operated for about 6 months now and I am very happy with my decision with purchasing it from Sige Solar. Several times over the last 6 months Sige and I have talked, he has been helpful in answering my questions. I chose equipment from Generac (a US cimpany) to be installed it has meant my expectations. Generac has been updating their app to stay competitive with their competition. I have been recommending Sige to my friends and neighbors. |

| Sige Solar did a great job on my system. They were actually used as the 3rd party company with the ones I signed a contract with, but Sige basically did everything from start to finish. They were sent out to measure, install and wire, and setup my whole system. There were a few hiccups (NOT their fault, by the way) where Sige was given some misinformation by the original party, but they did an awesome job adapting to the situation and making it as stress-free on my part. They made sure everything was done correctly, and that we had full understanding of what was going on. Now everything is up and running, and I couldn’t be any happier with their service. |
